Marcelo’s PhD is in Management and he also holds a Master in Public Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation - EAESP, São Paulo - Brazil. He is currently a public servant at the Secretary of Planning and Management - Justice Court of the State of Ceará/Brazil; and a researcher in Organization Studies. His main research topics are Justice, Decoloniality, Organizations and Indigenous people.
