Stephanie Daher is a Ph.D. student and a teaching and research assistant at Grenoble École de Management, specializing in Organization Studies. Her research interests lie at the intersection of radical anthropological perspectives and Organization Studies, with a special focus on Indigenous/Amerindian cosmologies and philosophies. She explores how this knowledge can reshape and decolonize organizational concepts and practices. Stephanie engages both theoretically and empirically with Indigenous peoples, communities, and movements in Brazil, addressing issues of sustainability, human rights, and gender intersectionality. Her research reflects these engagements, touching on various themes and issues from theoretical, empirical, and methodological perspectives.
